Product Description:
The HVE04.2-W075N/S200 is 75 kilowatts rated power supply module for DIAX 04 systems. It is designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. Permissible ambient temperature for the supply unit with rated data is from 5 to 45 degrees Celsius. The maximum allowable ambient temperature with derated data for the supply unit is 55 degrees Celsius. During storage and transport the supply should be kept in an area where the temperature is between -30 and 85 degrees Celsius. Accumulation of dirt and moisture condensation on the HVE04.2-W075N/S200 should be prevented during operation and storage. Bosch recommends operating the supply at least once a year if it is stored for extended periods of time. The maximum installation elevation for the supply without derating is 1000 meters. The maximum installation elevation for the supply with derating is 4000 meters.
For installation elevations that exceed 2000 meters, Bosch recommends installation of an overvoltage limiter for 1.25 / 50 microsecond transient voltages to 1 kilovolt between outer conductors and to 2.5 kilovolts between conductor to ground. Relative humidity in the vicinity of the supply should not be allowed to exceed 95%. Absolute humidity in the vicinity of the power supply should not be allowed to exceed 25 g / m3. The HVE04.2-W075N/S200 is available in an enclosure with IP 10 rating. The power supply comes with factory fitted blower to assist with convection cooling. The HVE04.2-W075N/S200 can be combined with a GLD DC bus choke which enables adjustment of the supply as per requirements. Input of the HVE04.2-W075N/S200 can be connected to three-phase mains supply ranging from 380 to 480 Volts AC. HVE supplies such as the HVE04.2-W075N/S200 operate with unregulated DC bus voltages.
