The AK-CC55 Case Controllers series is a family of case controllers developed for regulating refrigeration systems equipped with electronic expansion valves.
Models in this range are grouped into four main variants—Compact, Single Coil, Single Coil UI, and Multi Coil—each with differences in input capacity, interface options, and control functions. The Single Coil UI shares the same technical layout as Single Coil but incorporates a built-in display and keypad for direct on-site adjustments. Multi Coil units are designed for larger or more complex coil configurations while retaining the same core control principles. All variants operate within a supply range of 115 to 230 VAC and support multiple sensor types, including NTC 5000, NTC 10000, PTC 1000, and Pt 1000. Communication is provided through Modbus as standard, and certain models can be fitted with a LON RS-485 module if alternative networking is required. Control features across the series include MSS (adaptive superheat management) and adaptive defrost control, allowing the system to adjust operation based on measured conditions rather than fixed schedules. Relay configurations handle outputs such as defrost, fans, and lighting, while the analog output can be assigned to valve control.
