Bosch Rexroth’s VT-SSPA plug-in proportional amplifiers are 24 VDC valve-mounted amplifiers used to control solenoid-operated pressure-control and directional valves without closed-loop position control.
The series provides proportional current control from a command signal, with a 0…10 V proportional range and a higher command range used for switching-style operation with regulated maximum current. Core adjustment functions include zero/bias current setting, maximum-current attenuation, separate ramp-up and ramp-down timing, and dither/frequency adjustment to match valve and solenoid behavior. The amplifiers mount on valve connection bases to EN 175301-803 and can be oriented in 90° increments, and they are offered with either a cable-gland connection or an M12 component-connector version. Nominal current ratings span 0.8 A to 2.5 A.
