Product Description:

Bosch Rexroth Indramat VT-SWMA3-5-10/V0/0 Proportional Amplifier is used to precisely handle proportional valves that are equipped with electronics. The "UE" signal input allows you to enter command values that enable bipolar and unipolar control modes.

The proportional amplifier VT-SWMA3-5-10/V0/0 is capable of functioning in both unipolar and bipolar modes. The amplifier's ramps can be adjusted to control how quickly the output voltage changes. The first ramp is used when the output voltage is positive (+UA), while the second ramp is used when it is negative (-UA). A selector switch controls the maximum ramp time. The amplifier's four internal command values (P1 through P4) add up to a maximum voltage of 10 V. The zero point modifications needed for each mode are unique. The zero point for modes I and II is UE = 0 V. The neutral point of Mode I + II can be adjusted to either +0.5 V or -0.5 V. The "Ramps OFF" option deactivates the ramps when not in use. A standard 24 V DC supply is required for logic commands. Operating within a DC voltage range of 6 to 40 volts, the amplifier is capable of handling current loads ranging from 2 to 5 milliamperes. Two different types of power sources are compatible with this amplifier: rectified alternating current (AC) with an effective voltage range of 21 to 28 V and direct current (DC) with a voltage range of 21 to 40 V.

The VT-SWMA3-5-10/V0/0 proportional amplifier measures in at 86 mm wide, 110 mm tall, and 95.5 mm deep. To guarantee energy-efficient operation, the current consumption is kept below 0.2 A. Hydraulic applications that require ramp period adjustments and command value combining can be efficiently handled by interacting with industrial automation systems.
