For sophisticated industrial automation systems, Bosch Rexroth manufactures the VT-SWKD-1-12b/V0/0 component of its VT-SSPA Plugin Proportional Amplifiers line.
At its 24 VDC voltage setting, the gadget operates as intended and provides sufficient energy to power connected devices efficiently. This amplifier accepts direction commands in proportional mode from 0 to 10 V and in switching mode from 12 V to UB with input voltage. The factory sets the maximum control output to 35 volts. Depending on the product version, the average operating current range is between 1.6 and 2.5 A. For certain applications, customers can modify the output current using the potentiometer G from around 1.7 A to 2.6 A. Although the device can handle bias current variations between 0 and 300 mA, extended variants have a maximum bias current of 350 mA, while the factory default is set at 100 mA for optimal output. This electronic device requires a base standard coil inductance of 10 to 15 mH. For smooth movement, customers can adjust potentiometers 't<' and 't>' between 100 ms and 5 seconds to regulate variations in motion speed. While the product range works between 200 and 305 Hz with varying current levels, the amplifier's maximum working speed is 340 Hz.
The VT-SWKD-1-12b/V0/0 has a 20 kΩ input resistance and may be connected in a variety of ways, including the base connection to EN 175301-803 for solenoids, the M12 component connector, and the 4-screw terminal cable gland. The amplifier operates in a range of temperatures from -25°C to +70°C to accommodate various operational requirements.
