A control device for industrial motion systems, the Bosch Rexroth Indramat VT-PK1-30 is part of the VT-SSPA Plugin Proportional Amplifiers family.
Since the device's minimum coil inductance of 15 mH changes depending on the product type, it performs well under particular conditions. Although the biasing current may be adjusted from 0 to 300 mA, including 100 mA, the nominal output level is fixed by the manufacturers at 1.6 A. To accommodate different load requirements, the maximum output current of each model of this device may be adjusted between 1.6 A and 1.7 A. The clock varies by the model to function properly, however, it reaches its maximum speed of 340 Hz at maximum current. To regulate the output performance, the proportional range command value input may accept values ranging from 0 to 10 volts. At a fixed gain control of 100 ms to 5 seconds, the movement control systems can go from a stop. To accommodate various industrial setup requirements, the VT-PK1-30 features four screw terminals for cable connections that accept wires ranging in length from 4.5 to 11 millimeters.
