Product Description

The HVE03.2-W030N power supply unit is used for connecting to drive controllers. The second-generation Bosch Rexroth product is compatible with the manufacturer’s HDD and HDS drive controllers. The module is integrated with a power rectifier that helps to rectify the three-phase AC voltage. It belongs to the DIAX04 family group. It can be isolated from the mains by an internal power contactor. The communication between the device and the drive controller is through the control bus voltage. One power supply unit can be connected to multiple drive controllers. The product is backed by a warranty for one year.

The power supply unit has a maximum regenerated energy of 100kW when it is connected to a 3 x 480V mains nominal voltage. This module supports the combination with a GLD DC bus choke to increase the usable DC bus continuous power. It may get damaged if there is an overload. The device features a frequency range of 50Hz to 60Hz +/-2Hz. The unit operates in an ambient temperature range of 5°C to 45°C with rated data. The product slows the application of short-term loads for the acceleration of spindle and feed drives. The connected load of the module helps in determining line cross-sections and mains fuses.

The DC bus of the product can be connected with 10mF additional capacitance. This unit must consider load factors when it is operated outside the specified conditions.
