The BTV01 Visualization Terminals (BTV01-4) from Bosch Rexroth Indramat are panel-mounted operator/visualization terminals designed for industrial machine HMIs and are mechanically and electrically compatible with earlier BTV01.
2/01.3 units for straightforward replacement. The platform is PC-based with an integrated color TFT display intended for local machine visualization and operator interaction at the control cabinet door. Standard connectivity includes serial interfaces (including a galvanically isolated Serial Indramat Interface supporting RS232/RS485) plus typical PC peripheral connections for service and integration. For maintenance, the storage hardware is arranged for quick replacement using a vibration-damped drive drawer concept to reduce downtime in the field. The terminal is built for cabinet installation with front-panel environmental protection for washdown/dust exposure and a mains-powered supply suitable for industrial power systems.
