Product Description:

The Quadraline Regenerative Drive series features a new variant Q7005-14 that offers precise regenerative control. It uses SPC35933-00 Control Board Assembly common to Q7002, Q7005, and Q7006 to ensure the consistent product lines. For Q7005, it uses a Line Fuse PFU1010-00 attached with MDA-15A rating to protect against overcurrent events. The switching action is guaranteed through the usage of an SCR Module 226628-000 defined for Q7005 control boards. And it has a Field Bridge 226122 000 common to Q7002, Q7005 and Q7006 for consistent connectivity.

The forward/reverse switch 224579-000 specified for Q7005 gives good directional control and is used in this module. It also includes a run/jog switch 224551-000 intended for Q7005 configurations permitting manual operation in the closest manner. As a designated control, the speed/torque adjust potentiometer 224552-000 is included, to allow fine tuning of dynamic response. The boot of this 1103 model is water tight boot HMl1103-00 which is used for Q7005 modules with a water tight nut HMl1012-00 for Q7005 specified by this module. This particularly includes a zero-position dancer control (Q7999-05) listed applicable to the Q7005 series. It offers an external signal control assembly Q7999-01 used for the external signal version, facilitating reliable remote control.

The drive provides a fault module option Q7999-02 available for Q7005 controls to further enhance diagnostic capabilities. It also supports an independent accel/decel option Q7999-03 for separate acceleration and deceleration control, which refines motion profiling. This component offers an AC/pulse tach feedback option Q7999-04 available to convert AC tachometer signals for Q7005, ensuring accurate speed monitoring. Q7005-14> achieves an operating efficiency of <<97% under standard load conditions, which minimizes energy losses. This product integrates an advanced CANopen communication interface for seamless automation integration, enabling real-time data exchange and system synchronization.
