The 80VD Inverter Modules series is a family of ACOPOSmicro servo inverter modules designed to control one or two servo motors in compact B&R motion systems.
The series operates from a 24 to 64 VDC supply, is designed around an 80 VDC nominal bus, and provides 8 ARMS continuous current with tolerance for DC bus increases up to 95 VDC during events such as braking. Available configurations support multiple encoder feedback types, including EnDat 2.2, resolver, SSI absolute, SinCos, incremental, and LinMot interfaces, allowing the modules to be matched to different motor and feedback requirements. Communication and control integration are centered on POWERLINK connectivity, Automation Studio and CNC compatibility, PLCopen-based operation, selectable switching frequencies up to 40 kHz, and built-in digital I/O with trigger and brake-control functions depending on the model. The 80VD Inverter Modules series is intended for compact servo axis applications that require flexible feedback support, high integration with B&R automation architecture, and protected operation within an IP20 industrial installation.
