Product Description:
The 80VD100PD.C144-01 is an ACOPOS micro servo drive of industrial type with high performance for motor management in precise and established manner. In this regard, the drive incorporates multiple switching frequencies of 5, 10, 20 and 40 kHz which provide versatility for different operational requirements. The drive has built in protections, with undervoltage cut off at <18 VDC and overvoltage cut off at > 95 VDC which assures safe functioning and stable voltage. The unit has indications for reverse polarity protection and also has voltage measurement capabilities for further allowed monitoring and security. It has a nominal RMS current of 8 A (up to 20 kHz) and a peak current of 11.3 A meaning that the device can be styled and easily used/it is powerful even in degrees CE~demanding' applications. The maximum current per motor is 10.6A RMS and Peak 15 A, including support for motor line lengths of 25 meters.
The required driving supplies a 20 kHz controller and a smooth arrangement of the 940 uF DC bus capacitors was used. 24 VDC is provided as operating voltage and for each connection a continuous current of 1 A is available with a limit on the encoder power supply of 350 mA at 5 VDC. The drive accepts 24 VDC nominal circuits on the digital inputs and allows up to 30 VDC. With an integrated brake system controlled weighing 0.9 kg serves to give more control and makes the 80VD100PD.C144-01 more suited for accurate high performance motor use. This servo drive is quite effective and bespoke in nature hence a Motor control solution can be found in an industrial environment which has various motor control options and safety features at a high frequency switching.
