The Analog and Electric Actuators series includes compact valve actuators for both three-point and modulating control, with versions that provide spring-return safety action during power loss.
Across the series, available control formats include three-point input as well as analog voltage and current signals such as 0(2) to 10 V and 0(4) to 20 mA, allowing the actuators to fit both simple switching and proportional control applications. The units are built for HVAC valve service with closing forces around 300 N to 450 N, stroke ranges from 5.5 mm to 10 mm, and compatibility with valve types such as VS, VM, VB, AVQM, VMV, and selected AB-QM valves depending on the actuator model. Series features include automatic stroke adaptation or self-calibration, overload-protective load-related switch-off, diagnostic or end-position signaling, and manual override provisions on applicable models. These actuators are designed for 24 VAC or 230 VAC operation depending on model, use IP54 enclosures, and are specified for industrial operating conditions with ambient temperatures up to 55°C and non-condensing humidity.
