The Analog and Electric Actuators series consists of compact analog actuators designed for three-point control, with models covering both general-purpose and safety-specific requirements.
Force output is model-dependent. The AMV 10 and AMV 13 are rated at 300 N with a stroke speed of 14 s/mm, while the AMV 20 and AMV 23 produce 450 N at 15 s/mm. For applications requiring faster operation, the AMV 30 and AMV 33 maintain the same 450 N force but reach a much higher stroke speed of 3 s/mm. The range supports either 230 V or 24 V AC, operating at both 50 Hz and 60 Hz, which allows flexibility in matching site power availability. The actuators can handle fluid temperatures up to 130 °C, and with a high-temperature adapter, certain models extend this capacity to 150 °C. Larger frame models are rated for continuous use at 150 °C without modification. Automatic adaptation to valve stroke end positions is standard, reducing setup adjustments and maintaining mechanical alignment over time. Durability is enhanced through integrated overload protection, preventing strain on both actuator gearing and valve stems. For system feedback and monitoring, digital end-position signals are included. The design also accommodates additional components such as limit switches or potentiometers for more complex control schemes.
