The 082G3017 actuator comes from Danfoss and fits into their Analog and Electric Actuators series built for precise valve movement in various systems. This model handles a 10 mm stroke and works with a 24 V AC supply that can swing between +10% to -15%, so the power side gets some flexibility. The input signal lands between 0-10 V, supporting other ranges like 2-10 V, finished off with Ri = 24 kΩ inside for matching with control equipment. Designed to slot right into setups needing accurate control and smooth positioning, the 450 N closing force gives strength for regular shut and open cycles.

The outside of the 082G3017 actuator is made to resist both dust and water sprays, with a shell rated at IP54, helping it stand up to factory or plant environments where things aren’t always dry. For work done in warmer spots, the inside components can run with a maximum medium temperature of 150°C without placing a risk on the actuator’s inner pieces.
