Product Description

Rexroth got a solution with high accuracy which is capable to work synchronously, in order to achieve this solution, Rexroth implemented a new optical encoder system that transfers the position value to provide the information of the current rotor point, having as a result the IndraDyn S servomotors with holding brakes, designed to work on the most needed industrial sectors such as metal forming until paper processing machines, providing a broad range of motors with distinct drive power. These motors use a radial shaft sealing ring and work properly until 40°C, reaching different maximum torques that can vary depending on the peripheral variations like centrifugal forces or need. It is possible to adapt these solutions with several interfaces and it is also possible to control and monitor the system with extra devices like sensors and/or actors.

With standardized connections, the IndraDyn S motors provide a power connector and an encoder connection. The MSK040C-0450-NN-S1-UG0-NNNN hold a special optical encoder with 128 increments and an 8.1 Nm with a continual standstill torque that does not affect the constant magnetic motor circuit when reaching the maximum current, makes it a proper solution for usage such as a linear drive motor or as a servo drive. The nominal inductivity in the winding ends is 21300 mH. The axial force is the same as the radial force and it around 200N in a nominal state. The solution is designed for several locations, but it is important to make a proper installation on the surface so as to complete the startup in order to have a proper behavior of the solution. Rexroth implemented an IP65 degree of protection which protects the solution of external particles and water. Never startup the system before configuring all connected drive controllers.
