Product Description:
Every Bosch Rexroth product is a state-of-the-art product, designed with safety and optimum functionality as goals that users can expect. The IndraDyn S MSK synchronous motors are a highly flexible range of servo motors with a compact design and broad performance spectrum. They are easily customizable to expand their areas of applications beyond basic servo motor functions. They are also built to last with complete resistance to dilute acids, water, sewage, and seawater. A measure of resistance against organic solvents and hydraulic oil is offered by the servo motor as well.
For the accurate detection of the motor’s position, the MSK040C-0600-NN-M3-UG0-NNNN is equipped with a capacitive encoder carrying the multiturn absolute design and Hiperface interface for 16 signal periods. A rotatable connector of up to 240 degrees can also be used to adjust the orientation of the motor’s flange socket. There is no holding brake on this model, and its shaft is a standard, smooth one with a shaft sealing ring. The MSK040C-0600-NN-M3-UG0-NNNN can reach a top velocity of 7,500 RPM with a maximum torque of 8.1 Nm. Its continuous torque at a standstill 60k is 2.7 Nm while it is 3.1 Nm at 100 K.
The IP code of the MSK040C-0600-NN-M3-UG0-NNNN is 65. It is protected from dust penetration, any form of finger contact, and water jet by its enclosure. It can be cooled by natural convection. The surrounding ambient temperature of the operating area of the motor should be between 0 – 40 oC with a change rate of 0.5 °C/min. The relative air humidity in the area should also be preserved at a range between 0 % - 95 %.
