Product Description

Merging classical techniques and developments of synchronous servomotors with the latest developments in motor technology has driven Rexroth to develop new standards on IndraDyn S servomotors, well known for their dynamics with high accuracy, thanks to its latest optical encoder system.

Rexroth has developed a special motor line designed for the most common applications, these motors can work in several ways, like linear drive or kit motor. The MSK motors line by Rexroth is more likely to work from metal forming machines until printing machines. The adaptation for several drive power for different scenarios is possible with special interfaces.

The characteristic curves and particular designs are divided into two different modes, 60 K and 100k temperature stroke modes, both of them with different temperature stroke behavior.

The 60K mode holds an insulated flange construction in its temperature stroke on the housing made by aluminum. The 100K mode in its temperature stroke on the winding is not insulated. The MSK040C-0450-NN-M1-UG0-NNNN  has a standstill continuous torque with a maximum of 8.1 Nm, which can be outputted for approximately 400 ms at a maximum current of 12.4 A without affecting the constant magnetic motor circuit, an inductivity of 21300 mH, measured between the end of the windings and  4 pairs of motor poles reaching a maximum speed of 7500 RPM with an IP65  protection. The maximum axial force is 200N, which will be directly proportional to the radial force in our system. In order to control and have regular monitoring on the motors, extra devices like sensors or actors will be needed. It is important to configure every drive controller before any startup, to allow the motor to work properly.
