The ACOPOStrak Systems from B&R comprise a modular track-based transport system designed for high-speed product handling and adaptive machine automation.
The series uses motorized stator segments with integrated drive technology that can be combined into straight sections, curves, and circular arcs to create application-specific track layouts. The system is engineered for industrial installation, with segment variants including washdown versions and specified connector-sealing requirements to maintain the intended protection level in demanding environments. For controlled operation, each segment is powered from a DC bus with a 24 VDC enable input and communicates as a POWERLINK node, allowing coordinated motion control across the complete track. Additionally, the platform supports flexible mechanical integration through guide elements, adjustable guide components, stands, extensions, and diverter-compatible segment arrangements to build shuttle paths suited to different machine designs.
