Accelus Servo Drives

The Accelus Servo Drives series is a family of fully digital servo amplifiers designed to operate both brushless and brush motors in torque, velocity, and position control applications.

The series uses sinusoidal commutation with encoder feedback and Hall-based phase initialization, along with field-oriented control to improve torque production across a wide speed range while reducing unnecessary motor heating. Across the product family, available panel-mount and card-format versions support multiple command methods including ±10 V analog input, PWM command signals, step-and-direction style inputs, and electronic gearing from a master encoder. The drives also provide programmable digital I/O, RS-232 communication for setup and tuning, and software-supported functions such as auto-phasing and auto-tuning to simplify commissioning. Depending on the model, the series is offered in different DC bus and current ratings, with versions extending up to 180 VDC input and peak output capability as high as 36 A for industrial motion-control installations.
