Bosch Rexroth’s VEP Embedded Terminals are industrial panel PC units in the IndraControl family designed for machine visualization and operator interaction in cabinet-mounted applications.
The series includes TFT display formats in 12.1-inch and 15-inch sizes with resolutions up to 1024 x 768, and it is available in touchscreen-only and touch-plus-operator-key configurations depending on version. Across the platform, the hardware uses an Atom 1.66 GHz processor, supports Windows XPe or Windows 7, includes 2 GB of application memory, and offers flash-storage capacities of 4 GB and 8 GB. Standard interface and power features include 24 VDC operation, Ethernet TCP/IP connectivity, USB ports, and RS232 serial communication, with some variants also providing additional front USB access or dual-Ethernet capability. For industrial environments, the series is built with IP65 front protection, IP20 overall protection, an operating temperature range of +5 °C to +45 °C, and compatibility with IndraControl accessory components such as VAC, VAP, and VAU.
