The VEP30.4EFU-512NC-MAD-1G0-NN-FW VEP series embedded panel PC comes with Microsoft Windows CE .NET 4.2 operating system. This operating system is incorporated in the firmware that must be ordered as a separate item. The touchscreen can be calibrated by using the four calibration points with a touch pen. The Rexroth CE Settings tool automatically starts up during the initial commissioning following the touch calibration. The touchscreen of the product must be touched for two seconds to activate the right mouse button. It opens up a virtual keyboard automatically to enter the required texts for corresponding dialog boxes. This embedded panel PC has one-year warranty support.

The terminal comes with a TFT 8.4-inch display featuring SVGA 800 x 600 pixels resolution. The device has a line code of 30 and a design code of 4. It features a type plate on its rear. This type-plate provides various details such as type code, version number, serial number, nominal current, and nominal voltage to mention just a few. The unit comes with a mounting kit and associated safety instructions. The product is deployed in machine tools as well as handling and assembly systems.
