The DKR03.1-W200B-BE37-01-FW is a digital AC drive controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the DKR Drive Controllers series. It conditions incoming mains power and executes torque and velocity commands for connected servo motors in machining centers and handling systems. By combining power electronics, regulation, and brake handling in one unit, it supports precise closed-loop motion while helping reduce cabinet complexity.
At the control level, communication runs through the SERCOS interface, which provides deterministic cyclic data exchange between the drive and the master. With a 4 kHz switching frequency, the power stage delivers a continuous current of 92 A and supports about 35 kW of mechanical output at the motor shaft. The supply range is 3xAC 400–480 V ±10%, allowing the controller to operate on common industrial three-phase mains. An internal brake resistor can dissipate 1 kW continuously during controlled deceleration.
Cooling is handled by a built-in air blower, which helps manage the controller’s total heat dissipation of 1,200 W during operation. For short acceleration demands, the inverter can reach a peak current of 141 A. The brake resistor can absorb up to 150 kWs of energy before its threshold is reached.
