The DKR03.1-W200B-BE37-01-FW is a digital AC drive controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the DKR Drive Controllers series. It conditions incoming mains power and executes torque and velocity commands for connected servo motors in machining centers and handling systems. By combining power electronics, regulation, and brake handling in one unit, it supports precise closed-loop motion while helping reduce cabinet complexity.
At the control level, communication runs through the SERCOS interface, which provides deterministic cyclic data exchange between the drive and the master. With a 4 kHz switching frequency, the power stage delivers a continuous current of 92 A and supports about 35 kW of mechanical output at the motor shaft.
