The DKR 3.1-W200N-BE12-00 is a reliable motion control platform and can control the speed and position of industrial motors to support assembly line automation. This model shows excellent results when used with CNC machine tools and printing machines. Because of an inbuilt low-temperature heat sink, the device has a highly capable heat dissipation system that has a very capable heat dissipation system. This allows this drive controller to continuously function without abruptly shutting off because of heat build-up. To expedite the heat removal process, an additional blower is also installed with the system that maintains an optimum temperature through forced convection. The air is the channel through a duct and heat is removed away from the sensitive components of the drive controller. The drive controller’s internal position control loop is able to integrate with the internal position control loop of the connected motors. This results in real-time control over the speed and position of industrial motors.
The DKR 3.1-W200N-BE12-00 should not be used at an elevation that is more than 1000 meters above sea level. If the drive controller is used within a temperature range of 5 ᵒC to 45 ᵒC, it can deliver its peak performance continuously. Above this temperature range, there is a slight derating the nominal performance data. It is possible to use this model with a CLC link interface and an analog signal interface. With a peak power of 141 A, this model uses 200 VA control power voltage. The system operates on a three-phase power supply that has an operating frequency of 50..60 Hz.
