Bosch Rexroth manufactures solutions for the automation challenges in the global drive and motion industry. One of these is the IndraDrive drive controller, which consists of two major parts: the power section and the control section. The control section is an essential part of its IndraDrive drive controller. It is a standalone component of the drive controller designed to be plugged into the power section. The control sections can be BASIC UNIVERSAL, BASIC or ADVANCED, configurable or non-configurable, and single-axis or double-axis. These control sections can be tailored to specific applications ranging from standard to high-end applications.

The CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN2-MD2-NN-S-XP-FW has multiple optional modules to enhance its function. It has a standard encoder evaluation interface for encoder systems with a 12V supply voltage and an encoder evaluation interface for encoder systems with a 5V supply voltage. A module for digital inputs/outputs combined with an SSI encoder evaluation is also present. The master communication module of this control unit is parallel interface, a multiline channel with each line capable of transmitting numerous bits of data simultaneously. This interface contains 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs combined in groups of four inputs and four outputs each.

High requirements in terms of performance and dynamics can be met with the CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN2-MD2-NN-S-XP-FW. The configurable single-axis device has a standard plug-in operator panel that guides users through all the start-up steps. This operator panel is used to set the drive address, navigate the error memory, and initiate the basic load defaults procedure. It has a single-line display and four keys used by the commissioning engineer. The single-line display shows operating states, command and error diagnosis, and pending warnings.
