Bosch Rexroth’s Rexroth IndraDrive drive system is a world-class, all-inclusive automation solution suited to several mechanical demands. It consists of many advanced industrial components such as drive controllers, servo motors, motion control units, servo drives, etc. The highly functional IndraDrive drive controller is an essential component of this system, comprising a control section plugged into a power section.

The CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN2-MD2-S2-S-NN-FW is a CSH control section. Like other models in this series, it is in the ADVANCED control section range. Its integrated standard encoder interface enables the connection of encoder systems such as the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the 5V-TTL square wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, the sin-cos encoder with Hiperface interface, and the encoder system of the MSK motors.  This control section is also equipped with a digital I/O extension and an SSI encoder evaluation interface for absolute position detection of encoders with an SSI interface.

Safe Motion technology is the available safety module on the CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN2-MD2-S2-S-NN-FW. It enables the execution of various application-related safety functions such as safe communication, safe door locking, safe direction, e.t.c. The control unit also features an encoder evaluation interface for evaluating encoder systems with a supply voltage of 5V. These include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat2.1 and sense lines. The CSH model is also navigated via a standard control panel with four robust operating keys. This panel is also best connected before powering up the drive controller. In addition, a parallel interface is utilized as the communication module in the control section.
