The CSB01.1N-AN-ENS-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is a drive control card produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for installation in modular racks in the CSB Drive Controllers series. It functions as the command interface for a single servo axis, converting field-level commands into regulated current and voltage references for the power section. Within an automation cell, the card links sensors, actuators, and higher-level PLCs through analog, digital, and real-time processing channels required for coordinated motion control. This arrangement allows the power section to respond to external setpoints and machine signals with stable axis control.

This controller has 2 differential analog input channels, and each accepts a nominal signal of 10 V. These channels are suitable for velocity or torque commands from external devices such as joysticks or process transducers. The card is intended for a Single-Axis drive, so all processing capacity is directed to one mechanical load. Twelve opto-isolated digital inputs draw only 3 mA at a logic high of 24 VDC, which minimizes the load on upstream sensor circuits while preserving noise immunity in industrial cabinets. This arrangement keeps external I/O power separate from the control electronics inside the card. The controller monitors that external line and shuts down outputs if undervoltage is detected, which helps protect connected cabling and downstream loads.
