The CSB01.1C-PB-ENS-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW control section offered by Bosch Rexroth supports two types of PFM02.1 multimedia memory cards. The memory card can be either the firmware loaded variant or preformatted variant that helps in the easy transmission of parameters. The section has two current control, velocity control and position control cycle times. The product has screw terminal blocks and spring terminals at its connection points. It supports the connection of two conductors in one terminal connection point with TWIN ferrules or wires that have the same cross-section. The spring terminals of the device must preferably make use of wire ends without ferrules for its wiring.

The control section depicts a typical inrush current of 4.5A. The standard control of the product does not allow a hot plug and cannot be connected or disconnected after the related drive controller has been powered ON. This panel helps to perform multiple functions such as setting the drive address, starting the basic loads default procedure, diagnosing the error memory and establishing the position data reference to mention just a few. The PB, ENS and MA1 optional modules of the section have power consumption ratings of 2W, 6W and 2W respectively. The device does not feature any safety option.

The section comprises a configuration option. The product is smaller in size than the power section of a drive controller. This device installation and operation are meant to be carried out only by qualified and trained personnel. The unit has live capacitors during operation that take up to half an hour to discharge after the power supply is disconnected. Its firmware has to be procured as a separate subitem. The section depicts a PROFIBUS module connection with a metalized connector housing and D-Sub mounting screws for shield connection. This control section with a warranty for one year can be delivered to any address irrespective of the country you live in.
