The Rexroth IndraDrive drive system is built to solve factory automation challenges across a wide range of industries and applications. It features state-of-the-art units, all of which are designed for high-quality work and optimum efficiency. The control sections that comprise the CSB01 series are components of the drive controllers in this drive system. They are usually ordered as a whole with the drive controller and the power sections, which they are plugged into but can be purchased separately too.
The CSB01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-NN-S-NN-FW is a control section in the CSB01 series designed for applications in several industries. It is equipped with the industry-standard encoder evaluation interface to which encoder systems with a 12V supply voltage can be connected. Some of these compatible encoders are the MSK IndraDyn S encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track. Another interface on the control section is the Resolver and HSF interface for encoders like the MHD and MKD motor encoders. In addition, it is built with the PROFIBUS communication module to facilitate its interaction with other control devices and the drive system.
A plug-in memory card on the CSB01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-NN-S-NN-FW ensures the safe and simplified transmission and sharing of drive parameters. Because of its compact size, its installation within its drive controller can be done seamlessly. It also ensures that it can easily be mounted and dismounted, but this should only be done a maximum of 20 times. The control section’s standard control panel is user-friendly, especially to first-time users of the device.
