The BTA05 series from Bosch Rexroth Indramat consists of compact machine control keypad panels designed to match the BTV05 operator panel in both appearance and mounting dimensions.
These units use a six-position front layout, with five standard control locations populated in the base configuration by an emergency-stop switch, pushbuttons, illuminated pushbuttons, and a keyswitch. The series is built around 22.5 mm panel-mount switching elements, and the design also allows user-side extension and custom wiring for application-specific machine control functions. For industrial durability, the front panel is rated IP65 and uses a varnished aluminum surface covered with a chemically resistant polyester film in RAL 7035 light gray. BTA05 units have an overall size of 318 x 112 x 67.5 mm, weigh about 0.74 kg, and are specified for operation at +5 to +45 C.
