Product Description:

The AX5106-0000-0202 is an improved single-channel one-channel servo drive and is designed for motor control with adjustable feedback integration. Rated voltage from 3 x 100 V to 480 V, and if it can be used at maximum 875 V DC link voltage DC,. Its rated current is now 6 A with the maximum current of 13 A and stable operating support in dynamically loaded situations. It is also serviced by different encoder systems such as SinCos 1 VPP, resolver, EnDat 2.1, HIPERFACE, BiSS B, and OCT of high compatibility with accurate feedback.

Communication is accomplished via the EtherCAT system bus, deterministic data transfer and rapid speed, and best suited to time-critical processes. Servo motor realization is done pursuant to the SERCOS' profile to IEC 61800-7-204 (SoE) for simple implementation in traditional automation systems. The depth and height dimensions without connectors are 317.7 mm × 232 mm, so the drive is still compact and simple to install in control cabinets. It is implemented using firmware levels 2.10 and later to enable future upgrading as well as ongoing support. The AX5106-0000-0202 provides high speed, high reliability, and high accuracy in a single integrated unit. Its adaptability in the feedback interfaces and compatibility with common norms make it a user preference for use in complex systems. The provision of the demands of today's day automation, high-speed control and high-security processes are enabled by the servo drive.

It has a normal output irrespective of power supply variations. Its compact size, encoder versatility, and current support make it a strong candidate for a broad variety of applications. This unit is well-suited for engineers that require a small, rugged, standards-based servo drive solution offering performance and integration ease in demanding environments.
