The AX5106-0000-0202 is a digital servo drive from Beckhoff in the AX Digital Servo Drives series. Intended for integration into multi-axis machinery, the unit converts DC-link energy into a controlled three-phase output so synchronous or induction motors can follow motion profiles commanded by a PLC or CNC. By managing torque, speed, and braking energy electronically, the device supports precision positioning and continuous-duty automation tasks in packaging, material-handling, and assembly lines. Its digital control architecture allows the connected motor to respond accurately to changing motion commands and load conditions.
Its internal DC link withstands a maximum voltage of 875 VDC and is stabilized by a capacitance of 235 µF, ensuring energy buffering during rapid load changes. The drive supplies a continuous three-phase current of 6.0 A and can operate from single-phase mains with a current of 4.5 A, supporting both cabinet power arrangements.
