The PMA Brushless Motors series is a family of fully enclosed six-pole synchronous servomotors built for speed and position control applications across a broad range of frame sizes and torque classes.
The series uses neodymium-iron-boron rotor magnets, metric mounting dimensions, standard Interconnectron power and feedback connectors, and feedback options that include resolver, commutating encoder, SinCos encoder, and encoder-mount configurations depending on the model. Across the range, motors are available with smooth or keyed shafts, optional integral 24 V parking brakes, and IP65 construction, with selected versions offering IP67 sealing. The series is designed for operation on 240 V AC systems, with larger models also supporting higher-voltage operation, and the product line spans compact motors for low-torque applications through substantially larger units for higher continuous torque demands. Overall, the PMA series is intended for servo applications that require rugged enclosed motor construction, flexible feedback choices, and scalable performance across multiple machine sizes.
