Product Description

The AKD-P01207-NACN-0000 Ethernet servo drive from Kollmorgen has an IP 20 degree of protection as per IEC 60529 specifications. This product has the ability to command multiple motions with its position indexing functionality. The device operating temperature should never be higher than 55 °C. The unit must have sufficient clearance inside the control cabinet above and below it so that the ventilation is not impeded. It shuts down automatically after displaying the F202 code when it becomes very hot inside the control cabinet. This product portrays a fully monotonic 16-bit resolution for its inputs and outputs. The device has an isolation voltage rating of 400 VDC for the contacts or coil of its relay outputs. This unit can be connected to a DDL linear motor from the manufacturer after ensuring that steps are taken for free movement of the motor and connecting its Hall sensor and motor temperature cables to the X10 feedback connector of the servo drive. Its X2 connector is used to connect the power leads of the motor. The drive deploys three primary motion measurements comprising acceleration, velocity and position. This product has programmable digital inputs and outputs for initiating motion, triggering actions and controlling auxiliary devices. The device supports different modes for its digital inputs based on the function. This unit has high or low digital inputs according to the selected function. Its first two digital inputs are deployed as 24 V inputs for electronic gearing. This servo drive associated digital inputs are not programmed by default. The product related parameter values can be changed using a digital input with the Command Buffer input mode. This device has four buffers that are empty and can accommodate 128 characters on either side.
