The VT-HPC Piston Pump Controllers series is a Bosch Rexroth family of digital control electronics designed for axial piston pumps in hydraulic systems.
The series is intended to control pressure and swivel angle functions, with operating modes that support closed-loop pressure control, closed-loop swivel angle control, combined pressure and swivel angle control, open- or closed-loop flow control, and direct valve control. Command values can be supplied through bus interfaces, analog interfaces, or an internal PLC program, while actual values can be returned through the communication and I/O interfaces for higher-level control integration. The platform is built for harsh industrial environments and includes monitoring functions for conditions such as undervoltage, communication faults, cable breaks at sensor inputs, short circuits at outputs, controller deviation, electronics temperature, and overcurrent. The series is also designed for applications such as special machines, presses, and transfer systems, with support for parameterization, diagnostics, and optional IEC 61131-3 PLC functionality.
