It occupies a compact slot on a DIN rail and provides closed-loop control of variable-displacement pumps in machinery that requires precise pressure or flow regulation. By processing feedback from pressure sensors and swivel transducers, the controller adjusts the pump’s control valve so hydraulic power matches the load while minimizing energy loss.

The electronics include 6 analog inputs that accept current or voltage signals from pressure, temperature, or position sensors and 2 analog outputs that send reference values to external proportional valves or supervisory drives. Discrete logic is handled through 4 digital inputs for mode selection or alarm acknowledgment and 4 digital outputs that report status to a PLC, stack light, or relay.
