The Rexroth TVD 1.5-15-03 is an Indramat TVD series power supply module. It can be connected to AC mains supply without an intermediate transformer. The TVD 1.5-15-03 is designed to operate at input voltage ranging from minimum 380 Volts AC to maximum 480 Volts AC. The tolerance permitted on the input voltage range defined previously is ±10%. Line frequency ranges supported by the power supply input range from minimum 50 Hertz to maximum 60 Hertz. The input power rating for the power supply is 300 VA. DC bus ratings for the TVD 1.5-15-03 include continuous power rating of 15 kilowatts and voltage of 320 Volts. The supply is also designed to supply +24 Volts DC control voltages: the control voltage range is 22 to 26 volts DC and the continuous control current is 7.5 Amps.

Ripple allowed on the 24 Volts control voltage is 2%. The TVD 1.5-15-03 also provides +15 Volts DC control voltages: the voltage range is 14.9 to 15.1 Volts DC and the current is 2.5 Amps. Peak power on the DC bus of the TVD 1.5-15-03 can go up to 45 kilowatts for a duration of 0.3 seconds if acceleration of drives is required. Bleeder on the power supply is rated for 40 kilowatts peak power and 1 kilowatt continuous power. Maximum energy regenerated by the TVD 1.5-15-03 is 60 kilowatts. The supply dissipates 330 Watts when it is operating at maximum power. The rated power loss per kilowatt continuous DC bus power is 17 Watts. Approximate weight of the supply is 11.2 kilograms.
