Bosch Rexroth manufactures the TVD 1.2-08 as per the UL-Standard with a DC bus having a continuous power of 7.5 kW and 15 kW. The drive controller bus bar connects to the DC bus circuit via a single twisted cable connection. The cable conductor is also used in longer power connection lines and should not exceed a length of 1 meter. The power supply module does not require an additional power connection for the blower (drives cooling unit). If the spindle drive cooling unit needs separate connections, the power connection is terminated close to the power supply module. The blower sockets are purchased separately using the order number 219 118. The power supply unit is mechanized by a supply voltage of 3 x AC 380-480V, 50 to 60Hz, connected to a load of 300 VA for maximum utilization and supply of power to the drive's electronic components.

The TVD 1.2-08 contains a termination plug used in verifying and connecting the high voltage section. A wire ribbon is also supplied as part of the accessories. The wire ribbon cable has 16 pins used as an X1 terminal connection. The terminal connections serve the following purposes; voltage source to the drive's electronic components and medium for signal exchange between the power supply and drive module. The TVD unit can be installed at the center of the drive package to meet the operation requirements if one end of the wire ribbon cable is terminate.

The power supply module has a 16 pin bus terminal that connects 20spindle drive controllers, ten to the left and ten to the right. The maximum connection load should not exceed +24 V and ± 15 V. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
