The MTS-R01.2-M2-B1-FW is part of the wider CNC controller unit that comprises of SPS and NC modules. This Bosch Rexroth Indramat module is a robust miniature module that comprises three additional module location namely U1, U2, and U3. The three can be equipped using a serial interface, PROFIBUS-DP, or INTERBUS interface. It is installed in an RMB02.2 rack and mounted in an enclosed control cabinet. The SPS module, CNC controller unit, and NC module combination provide a solution for the machine tool controller. The rack is mounted on a DIN mounting rail and secured by a screw. This type requires only one slot in the rack.

The MTS-R01.2-M2-B1-FW comes with a rechargeable battery that has a maximum lifespan of 10 years is used in ambient conditions. It can only be recharged when the module is in operation.
