The HCS01.1E-W0008-A-03-B-ET-EC-NN-NN-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth Indramat drive controller from the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series, designed for cabinet-based motor control in industrial automation systems. It functions as the power and control interface between the machine control system and compatible Rexroth IndraDrive motors, regulating motor current in response to commanded speed, torque, and motion requirements. In applications such as packaging equipment, gantry systems, and material-handling machinery, the controller provides controlled three-phase motor output to support repeatable acceleration, deceleration, and holding performance throughout the machine cycle.
This configuration uses a BASIC control section with MultiEthernet communication, allowing the drive to interface with supported real-time Ethernet-based automation networks without changing the control hardware. The unit is rated for 8 A peak output current and accepts a 3 × AC 200–500 V mains supply with ±10% tolerance. Cooling is handled by an internal air blower, which helps move heat away from the power section during operation.
