The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW advanced control section is one of the several accessories of its type in the CSH series from the Rexroth Bosch Group. The control section supports configuration capability based on the requirement. The H1 connection point acts as an interface for a control panel. On the other hand, the X2 connection point can be used to connect a serial interface that uses a stranded wire with 0.25 to 0.5sq.mm. thickness. The first and second digital inputs can be configured to have a value of either 3mA or 24V. The first analog output of the control section features a 5V output voltage rating while the second analog output supports 1mA current rating. The digital inputs and outputs have a power supply of either 0V or 24V. The unit supports a SERCOS interface type of master communication. This interface comes equipped with a distortion LED. The drive controller that features this control section with such an interface uses fiber optic cables for connecting to higher-level control units. The union nut that is present on the coupling elements of these cables has 0.6Nm maximum tightening torque.

The design 1 and line 1 type advanced unit uses an HSF / RSF encoder for its first optional slot X4. The control section does not make use of a second optional slot. It has an S1 type safety option with safety technology I/O and a standard control panel. The control section is intended for use in the manufacturer’s drive controllers that are deployed in motors present in food and packaging machines. You may need extra sensors to control and monitor the drive controller that should be programmed before it is commissioned.
