The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN2-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW is an advanced control section from the Rexroth Bosch Group and is designed as a part of the manufacturer’s drive controllers.  The control section is mounted inside the power section and has two plate types fitted on it. These are the control section type plate and the firmware type plate that give details about their types, barcodes, serial number, and production week. The control section type plate also highlights other aspects such as part number, hardware index, and serial number.

The control section has a configurable single axis. The accessory does not support operation with the VCP01.2 comfort control panel. It features one relay contact, two analog outputs, and one analog input. The unit has two position-control cycle times of 250µs and 500µs. The control section supports master communication through a SERCOS interface and makes use of an Inradyn / Hiperface / 1 Vpp / TTL encoder for its X4 first optional slot and an EnDat 2.1 / 1Vpp / TTL encoder for the X8 second optional slot.There is no attachment to the X10 third optional slot. The firmware for the control section must be ordered and bought separately. The device has a standard control panel and anS1 safety option with safety technology I/O for safe drive interlock, reduced speed, the direction of motion, and more. The ENS and EN2 encoders have a 6W power consumption rating. The EN2 encoder has a minimum of 35 Ohms load DC resistance and 350mA maximum output current. The accessory is used with the manufacturer’s drive controllers that are found in motors present in machine tools, as well as paper processing and printing machinery.
