Product Description

The Rexroth CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN1-EN2-NN-S-NN-FW is a control section. The control section and the power section make up a drive controller. The control section is plugged into an appropriate power section. Usually, drive controllers are supplied with the control section, but there are exceptional cases where the control section is delivered as a separate stand-alone unit.  Control sections are responsible for controlling the drive controllers, which have to be programmed before commissioning to the motor to execute the specific functions. They should be used under operating conditions that meet the specified ambient conditions. As such, use under extremely high or low temperatures, highly fluctuating temperatures, or underwater is not encouraged. Several hazards from improper use abound, including high electrical voltage and working current, risk of burns, dangerous movements, and health hazards for persons with heart pacemakers, metal implants, and hearing aids. A detailed risk assessment should be prepared for the installation of machines with control sections and drive controllers.

The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN1-EN2-NN-S-NN-FW has a MultiEthernet master communication.  Its option 1(X4) connector is equipped with the IndraDyn/Hiperface/1Vpp/TTL encoder. The option 2 (X8) connector is fitted with an HSF/RSF encoder. The option 3 (X10) connector is equipped with an EnDat 2.1/1Vpp/TTL encoder. A memory card can be inserted in its X7 connector located at the top. The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN1-EN2-NN-S-NN-FW does not have a safety technology in its safety option (X41) connector. It has a standard control panel, and the control section firmware must be ordered separately. The analog inputs have a voltage of +/- 10 V and a typical 160 kiloohms resistance, while the analog outputs have a voltage of 5 volts and 1 milliampere. The power supply of digital inputs/outputs is DC 19–30 Volts and a maximum current of 1.1 Amperes.
