The Rexroth CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN1-EN2-S2-S-NN-FW is a control section. It is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth and should be mounted vertically on the power section. A typical drive controller has two separate parts, which are usually supplied together. They are the control section and the power section. They have several usages in the textiles, packaging, material handling, and machine tools industries. If they are not supplied fitted together, the control section will need to be plugged in on the power section. It is vital to abide by the necessary regulations and precautions to avoid damaging the control section. The exposed conductive parts coming into contact with the control section must be previously discharged through grounding to prevent likely damage by electrostatic charges. Also, the control section should not be mounted and dismounted often. It is recommended that it should not be mounted and dismounted up to 20 times. Only skilled personnel who have been trained for mounting and dismounting control sections may mount and dismount control sections.

The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN1-EN2-S2-S-NN-FW is a line 01 control section with a configurable option design. Its master communication is MultiEthernet and an IndraDyn/Hiperface/1Vpp/TTL encoder in its X4 connector slot. It has an HSF/ RSF encoder in its X8 connector slot and an EnDat2.1/1Vpp/TTL encoder in the X10 connector. It has a safe motion (SIL2/ category) safety option and a standard control panel. The digital inputs of the CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN1-EN2-S2-S-NN-FW can be configured to function as probes with a 24V voltage rating and 3mA current rating. The control section depicts two analog voltage inputs with a +/-10V voltage rating and typical 160 kiloohms resistance.  The digital inputs have a voltage of 24 Volts and a current of 3 milliamperes. The digital outputs of the control section have a voltage of 24 Volts and a draft of 0.5 Ampere.
