Product Description

The Rexroth CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN1-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is a control section. The control section manufactured by Bosch Rexroth is plugged inside a power section should be mounted vertically. It is used in drive controllers deployed in robotics, machine tools, food and beverage packaging, handling and mounting systems, etc. To avoid damage, it is important to follow all safety precautions in maintenance, operation, installation, and transportation of control sections. The control section should be stored and/or transported in a conductive packaging. The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN1-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is not recommended to be used in either damaged or malfunctioning conditions. In its mounting, a grounding action is necessary to discharge the exposed conductive parts that come in contact with this device. There is risk from electrostatic charges and mounting and dismounting the control section too often.

The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN1-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW has two connectors, X31 and X32, with nine pins each for connecting its digital outputs and inputs. The X31 and X32 connection points support digital and analog inputs/outputs (with voltage inputs of 24V, 0V). The section is equipped with one RS232 serial interface. This section is fitted with an IndraDyn/Hiperface/1Vpp/TTL encoder in its X4 connector slot, HSF/RSF encoder in its X8 connector, and an Analog I/O extension encoder in its X10 connector slot. The firmware must be ordered separate subitem. It has an X7 connection point for a memory card slot.  It is without a safety technology and has a standard control panel. The X31 and X32 digital inputs can be configured to function as probes with a 24V voltage rating and 3mA current rating. The analog inputs have an input voltage of +/- 10 V and a typical 160 kilo ohms resistance.
