X90 Mobile Controllers

The X90 Mobile Controllers run on ARM processors paired with configurable I/O systems that handle up to 48 multifunction channels.

Standard connectivity includes CAN, USB, and Ethernet ports, plus real-time POWERLINK for applications that need deterministic communication. The aluminum housing has slots for up to four expansion boards. Temperature tolerance spans from -40°C to +85°C, so these units handle everything from arctic conditions to desert heat without missing a beat. They're also built to resist shock, vibration, salt spray, UV exposure, and oil contamination - commonly encountered on construction sites, agricultural equipment, or marine applications. The modular approach means that functionality can be added as needed. There's an IO-Link master that talks to up to four intelligent sensors, stepper motor control boards that handle motors up to 4A at 9-48 VDC, and strain gauge interfaces for load monitoring. Some boards include relay outputs with normally open contacts for interfacing with external systems. There’s a safety-rated version with integrated SafeLOGIC controller that meets functional safety requirements while sharing the same 48 I/O channels between standard and safety functions.
