The B & R Automation X90CP172.24-00 controller is one of the X90 Mobile Controllers. The CPU is an ARM Cortex-A8 that operates at 1 GHz. It contains 512 MB (Mega Bytes)mof DDR3 RAM and is certified IP67 for protection. The device can function in temperatures between -40° C and +60° C (-40° F to 140° F in Fahrenheit). When it comes to power, the brain box takes in between 9 and 32 VDC and stops working when the voltage drops to around 6.8 V (Volts) with a ±5 percent drift. The written spec says that the CPU rail can only handle 5 A (Amperes) and the I/O (Input and Output) pin can only handle 10 A (Ten Amperes), therefore the typical slow-blow fuses need to be used: 5 A for logic and 10 A (Ten Amperes), for busywork.
