Product Description

The P22NSHA-LNF-NS-03 is a high efficiency hybrid step motor, with innovative and quality design, made by Pacific Scientific as a motion control automation technology.

The Pacific Scientific designed the motor in such a way that users can order it to be tailored to their in-plant specifications, to get the exact functionality they need. The Pacific Scientific makes sure that each highly flexible construction   meet IEC (International Electro-technical Commission) IP65 and are also adequate for wash-down requirements.This enhanced hybrid motor, the P22NSHA-LNF-NS-03, offers bidirectional acceleration or deceleration and efficient position control, coupled with high torque-to-inertia ratios that provide high acceleration rates to enable faster loads movement.

The P22NSHA-LNF-NS-03 also features long life bearings (through its oversized 30mm bearings),

high temperature insulation (enabled by the new polymer encapsulated stator and exposed laminations), and quality magnetic materials (that gives it its low inertia and lightweight). Additionally, the motor features an efficient timing belt that enables relatively no backlash, a ±3% of one full step, no load, non-cumulative angular accuracy, 200 full steps per revolution, 1.8° full step angle, -20° to 40° operating temperature, large diameter shaft that enables large load carriage, NEMA Class B with 130°C insulation, 100 Megohms @500V dc and 25°C insulation resistance, and a two year warranty at adequate environmental conditions.

The P22NSHA-LNF-NS-03 motor can come in three different rotor stack selections (the half stack, the full stack, and the double stack) with holding torque ranging  between 42 to 253 oz-in.The Pacific Scientific motors offer a fully programmable motion control functions with the highest torque per frame and impressive range of torque output than you can find in any similar motor.
