Product Description

The BLII-D5050A model is mainly designed to control the functions of the two AC servo drives. The model is a two-axis servo drive developed by Okuma to provide high operational reliability under controlled working conditions. The drive can operate under humid conditions with and the surrounding temperature should be kept between 0 to +60 degree Celsius, without reduction in drive data. The BLLII two-axis AC servo drive is designed to take electrical power directly from the 3 × AC 200 V power source with 50 – 60 Hz of operating frequency. The servo drive must be configured as per requirements and it should be according to the conditions mentioned in the BLII user manual. Before commissioning, make sure that the drive is fully functional and damage-free. For better performance, the mounting and operating conditions should be fulfilled according to the instruction manual. The BLII two-axis AC servo drive is a conventional unit designed to operate at the continuous power of 50 A (consumed by each axis).

The model BLII-D5050A should be installed in the closed control cabinet of minimum IP54 protection and make sure that the surrounding air is free from solid dust particles. The model delivers rated power to the motor through its U1, V1, W1, and U2, V2, W2 terminals. The mounting instructions should be followed as mentioned in the Okuma user manual. A connection to attach a resistor is also provided in this model. Various status LEDs are placed to show the operational status of the drive.
