Product Description

Okuma services the international market as a manufacturer, developer, and supplier of industrial automation products. CNC machines, machine control boards, and inverter units are the most used products of the company.

The BLII-D100A model is a single-axis servo drive unit with a sophisticated design by Okuma. The product has an industrial rating and can be operated in a dedicated control cabinet with suitable IP protection. The BLII-D100A servo drive features a compact design, a high-reliability large-current PC board, and a dynamic brake mode that stops the motor. The device comes with a dedicated motion control board that directs the current required to operate the motor. This way, precise and accurate motion control is achieved. It demands a single-phase control circuit with a voltage range of 85 to 125 VAC. As a power supply, a three-phase primary circuit with a voltage range of 180 to 240 VAC is required. The BLII-D100A servo drive has a display designed to alert you if something goes wrong. While there are three primary colors, each one has a unique display name that represents a variety of operations.

The model BLII-D100A has applied load inertia less than five times that of the rotor. It is, nevertheless, wise to add additional circuits if the dynamic brake function gets malfunctioned. The servo drive BLII-D100A provides power, displacement, and speed control, providing extremely precise factory operations. The servo processor board provides signals for the current command to the servo drive unit and servo motor. Wake Industrial is praised for its after-sale services internationally. Always check the specification of the power supply before connecting it to the drive unit. To secure the mechanical equipment, always use thermostats that are incorporated into the motors and units.
