The TBM-7615-A is part of the TBM product family. This motor has banded rotors and laser marked armatures. The banded rotors ensure that the unit functions for longer with the need for regular maintenance. The TBM-7615-A has a small and compact form factor with minimized inertia and weight. This motor has a cogging design and is RoHS compliant. This ensures that the motor does not have any hazardous materials usually found in electronics and electrical products as per EU restrictions. This motor has a back EMF of 10.7 Vpk/kRPM and a design voltage of 48 Vdc.

The TBM-7615-A weighs 435 grams and has maximum static friction of 0.032 Nm. This motor has 12 poles and thermal resistance of 2.11 °C/Watt. The peak current of this motor is 36 Arms. This motor has a lead length of 400 mm, and the customer can specify the lead colours. The base model of the TBM-7615-A comes with either black, white, or red leads. The rotor hub geometry for this motor can be configured into flanged, keyway, hollow, flat, or round geometry. If the customer requires higher levels of customization of the motor, the motor can be configured to every specific configuration by Kollmorgen. For non-standard requests by the customers, Kollmorgen can provide a variety of different standard configurations and options.
