Product Description:

The S21260-CNS model servo drive from Kollmorgen is a revolutionary product that combines high performance with a compact footprint. Ideal for applications such as woodworking, electronic assembly, and semiconductor fabrication, it sets new standards in reliability and efficiency. The S200 series drive controller is especially designed and developed for lower power servo motors by Danaher Motion?s offered in AKM series. This motor drive unit is capable of providing 4,000 W of continuous output power when operated with 240 VAC 3-phase power source. It can also be used for applications that require a continuous drive output power of 2,500 W connected with a 240 VAC from a single-phase power supply unit. This servo drive when operated at an ambient temperature range of 0 to +30 degree Celsius, promises 15 Arms of output current. The S21260 servo drive is designed to be cooled through natural convection, providing 12 Arms @ 40 degree Celsius. It may be operated at an ambient temperature range of 40 to 50 degree Celsius with output reduced to 8.0 Arms. This servo drive should be setup before operation. A typical setup procedure consist of S200 software tools installation and hardware setup. S200 tools communication wizard is necessary before configuring motor feedback. At the end, save the options. A quick setup guide is available which eases the commissioning. This drive when connected to the motor equipped with Smart Feedback Device (SFD), automatically configures most of the parameters. It can also be configured for a simple analog torque or current control (6 Hall) feedback type by simply setting the switches S1 and S2 available on the top of the device. The safety features provided detects bus under-voltage or over-voltage.
