The MTC servo motors are compact, rugged brushless servomotors designed to deliver high acceleration performance using a low-inertia rotor and a magnetic design that minimizes cogging and torque ripple for smooth low-speed motion.
Their stator construction is engineered for efficient heat transfer and higher thermal time constants, which supports high torque density in a small package and allows longer overload operation. The series spans multiple frame sizes (about 60 to 174 mm) and covers a wide output range, including continuous torque from roughly 0.44 to 50.6 N·m with peak torque up to about 152 N·m and speeds up to 6000 rpm. Feedback and interface options include an integral resolver or incremental encoder with an optional sine encoder for higher accuracy, along with CE-compliant swivel connectors and industrial sealing rated IP65 (with an IP67 option). MTC configurations add an integral electrically released holding brake powered by 24 VDC and are intended to be paired with compatible digital servo drives for coordinated system performance and compliance requirements.
